Shipping Policy

We offer "FREE SHIPPING" on all orders! We ship orders Monday through Friday from our distribution center in Compton, CA. Orders placed before 3pm PST will be processed and shipped the next day. 

Please note: Holiday shipping is underway, Most carriers have updated their service standards and delivery timelines so 2 to 3 business days delays may occur.

We ship your orders from our warehouse is Compton, CA and Houston, TX

Please give us one business day to prepare and fulfill your order

Estimated delivery timeline is 4 to 6 business days after completion of Order.

For urgent orders, Please check your estimated delivery upon Check Out and upgrade your shipping if needed.

Once your order is placed, You will received a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours.

Tracking numbers and carrier name will be provided for you to track your order effectively

Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day, return policy for all of our products. 

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Happiness Team who will provide an RMA number and return shipping instructions.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original and unopened packaging.

Once the returned items are received, our warehouse personnel will inspect them prior refunding. Additional fees may occur if orders are returned damaged and not in the original and unopened packaging.

We also accept, exchange as long as the item hasn't been open and damaged.

Refund will be processed 2 to 3 business days after receipt of the item.
